Celebrating Pride

HeyMister gave us the opportunity to work on this groundbreaking project for Jack Daniel’s.

The company celebrated LGBTQ Pride with the world’s first projection mapping showtruck,  featuring an intense 3D light show (created by us) and a dance sound track from Mikalah Gordon. We created a 3-minute animation piece featuring live video, custom illustration, and CG animation choreographed to the driving, danceable beat.

Behind the Curtain

Trompe L'oeil

One of the most fun things to do with this technique is to render objects with other material characteristics, such as refraction or metalic surfaces. Projecting this back onto white plaster is a modern trompe l’oeil.
