GoogleCloud GPU Game

Waterworld

Google wanted to demonstrate the power of their cloud computing GPU instances at Google Cloud Next, so they asked us to create an interactive water battle game featuring a rubber duck and a Viking ship. We simulated these on GCP instances, and rendered them with the GCP GPU instances.

Rules of Engagement

This game has two players, each with three game options, which seems rather simple until you calculate all of the possible outcomes. We ended up making 37 separate simulations and animations.
